VIDEO: The Signature Sandwich at Slice

As noted on this website earlier in the summer, popular local eatery Slice is back in business at the junction of Salem and Lowell Streets.

Earlier this month, Wakefield Patch stopped by to meet head cook Christian Rosati, who demonstrated how the signature sandwich at Slice - containing prosciutto, chicken cutlet, mozzarella, marinated roasted peppers, and a secret dressing - is made. Rosati reports that prosciutto-free version of the dish is also available as a salad.

In fact, locals may also remember Rosati from his time early this year on Chef Gordon Ramsay's "Hell's Kitchen" TV show.
