Five Things: Wednesday Fun Run and More Local Activities

A look at what's coming up in and around Wakefield.

Today is Wednesday, July 24. Here are five things worth knowing today.

Tonight from 5 to 8 p.m., dine at Fuddrucker’s at the Jordan’s Furniture off 128 in Reading and 20% of the cost of your meal will be donated to the Wakefield Repertory Theater’s Summer 2013 production of Annie. Be sure to print out the voucher attached to this article and bring it along. There will also be raffles, including for free tickets to the show.

Tomorrow night, 20 year old jazz musician Matt Savage performs a free live show in front of the Beebe Library downtown on Main Street, 6 to 8 p.m. Click here to learn more about him.

Each Wednesday evening, the Mystic Runners hold a fun 5K run around Lake Quannapowitt that starts at 6:45 p.m. Registration begins at 6 p.m. in the Lakeside Room at the Clarion Inn on North Ave.
