Matt Savage Live at Lucius Beebe Memorial Library

Matt Savage, age 20, has been connected with some of the biggest names in jazz for over half of his young life. He has performed with the Ellington All Stars, Chaka Khan, Wynton Marsalis, Joshua Redman, Clark Terry, and Chick Corea, just to name a few. He has also played at the Kennedy Center and Carnegie Hall.


Savage graduated from Berklee College of Music in December 2012. His ambitious tenth album, A Bigger Celebration, features Jerry Bergonzi, Bruce Gertz, Richie Barshay, and Mark Zaleski and consists entirely of original compositions.

Matt Savage plays a free live show on Thursday July 25 from 6:00-8:00pm at the Beebe Library located at 345 Main Street, Wakefield, MA.
