“When my daughter was about seven years old, she asked me one day what I did at work. I told her I worked at the college – that my job was to teach people how to draw. She stared at me, incredulous, and said, ‘You mean they forget?’ “~Howard Ikemoto
Let’s get together & remember!
Tuesday September 10th 6:30-8:30pm
This is a class for people who think they can’t draw. There are techniques we will use which have been developed to help us connect to the right side of our brains*. The right side is our creative side, the left is our logical, analytical side. To be able to draw realistically involves turning off the left & tapping into our right brain.
With the help of artist Connie Festo Lafond a a glass of wine, we will learn a few of ways to keep the left side out of our artistic efforts & stay on the right side, in this fun class.
“This was a lot of fun. Connie did a great job breaking down
some good concepts on how to really ease up, and just draw. I felt like I
learned a lot, and had a great time! “_ James J.
