Wakefield-based office property investment firm Franklin Street Properties Corp. recently announced the purchase of a 28-story, $157.5 million office building in Atlanta, Georgia, according to an article in the Herald Online.
The acquisition brings Franklin Street Corp.'s total number of properties owned to 39, equally at total of 9.1 million square feet of rent-able space.
Franklin Street Corp., headquartered at 401 Edgewater Place in Wakefield, is publicly traded as "FSP" in the New York Stock Exchange.
