    I really enjoy Vitality Wellness Spa and Kayla provides great service. My reservation is not with the services themselves which are above par. My issue is today I had a morning appointment and my car broke down because I could not make it for reasons beyond my control I forfeited the amount I pre-paid for the service.

    Now I think if you cancel in under 24 hours you should be responsible but there are times when exceptions could be made OR an option to reschedule that day if possible so the client can still benefit and the service provider can recoup the cost.

    So in terms of accommodation/understanding I give them a 1.5 star but in terms of Service/Staff I give them a 4.5 Star

    I was very disappointed to not be able to make it today and disappointed that the loss of that pre-paid service will have me looking elsewhere for a Salon.
