Small Business Saturday is on Nov. 24 this year, two days after Thanksgiving. It is a day for everyone to support the small businesses that their community thrives on. American Express founded the day in 2010 to help small businesses get exposure during the holiday season, when they might be otherwise overlooked. Greenwood Wine and Spirits is having a Thanksgiving wine tasting for Wednesday, Nov. 23 at 3 p.m.
Come on down to Greenwood Wine and Spirits for their annual Thanksgiving Wine Tasting at 3 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 23. Greenwood Wine and Spirits is a high-end liquor store that will be serving unqiue reds and whites, and specially crafted beers to go along with your holiday fair. Aside from the drinks, expect to try a piece of their specialty foods including cheeses, pate and crackers. The store will also be showing off their custom gift baskets and chocolates.
