Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.] At 12:08 a.m. Aug. 30, Wakefield Police responded to Farm Street for a report of a possible breaking and entering. A Wakefield Municipal Gas & Light employee reported a possible breaking and entering at the substation. Domenic Crespo, 42, of 43 Washburn St., Chelsea, and Benjamin Mangham, 42, of 59 Everett St., Boston, were each arrested and charged with one count of nightime breaking and entering into a building for felony destruction of property.
