Three individuals were arrested in Wakefield on August 23. Suspended License Charge Police stopped Brian Stevens, 27, of 15 Claire Street in Lowell, MA for allegedly driving with a suspended license. Police said they observed Stevens driving a blue Oldsmobile at the intersection of Park Ave and Main Street at 1:45 p.m. on August 23. The officer said he recognized Stevens immediately, and knew that he had a suspended license from previous encounters. Police stopped the car at Dell Street and Converse Street, spoke to Stevens, confirmed his identity and that he had a suspended license. Police also located a bag sticking out of Stevens wasteband that contained an ounce or less of marijuana, so he was also issued a Massachusetts citation. …
