The caller reported he was assaulted with a knife, according to police. Joseph Ignasius Parcellin, 18, of 11 Bartley St., Apt. #A207, Wakefield, was arrested and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon. Sept. 1 @1:02 a.m.: State Police called to report a motor vehicle accident at Exit 40 off Route 128 North. The crash occurred in the high-speed lane of the highway, according to police.
