Three Men Arraigned in Connection with Death of Woburn Police Officer
Scott Hanright and Kevin Dingwell, both of Wakefield, and Arthur Cinelli, 50, of Newburyport, were arraigned earlier today on several charges stemming from the Dec. 26 armed robbery and shooting in Woburn.
Three men charged in connection with the killing of Woburn Police Officer John “Jack” Maguire were arraigned in Middlesex County Superior Court Wednesday morning. Arthur Cinelli, 50, of Newburyport, Scott Hanright, 19, of Wakefield and Kevin Dingwell, 51, of Wakefield have been indicted on a series of charges related to the shooting death of Officer Maguire on Dec. 26. All three men plead not guilty in court on the morning of April 6. Cinelli and Hanright are being held without bail, while Dingwell's bail was increased from $1,000 to $5,000. It is alleged that Arthur Cinelli, Dominic Cinelli, and Hanright conspired to rob Kohl’s Department store on Dec. 26 under cover of a blizzard.
