Hands down the best sandwiches in Wakefield are at ZuZus. You won't be able however to put those hands down, until you finish one of them. There is always a soup and grilled cheese sandwich special of the day. Nothing hum drum about these sandwiches. They always have a little something extra that is a tasters delight. They are big enough to share but you won't want to. Greatr staff and perfect location with outside tables.

This cafe and catering company is the brainchild of Dawn Beebe, who, after working in the food service and hospitality industry for years, decided to open her own business. Opened in December of 2010, the cafe serves a full range of breakfast, lunch and dinner foods, with an emphasis put on local and organic ingredients. The menu is a mix of classic American, Irish, Italian and Moroccan foods with a full range of appetizers, salads, sandwiches, entrees and sides. Wonderful, fresh food and great service. The salmon and soups are my favorites. My husband loves the paninis.

We stopped in last weekend for breakfast and everything was wonderful! We were greeted by very friendly faces and the coffee and tea were tasty as well as the breakfast foods (I had an omelet and my husband had the breakfast pannini). Definitely planning on coming back for some of the yummy looking prepared take-out!
I had lunch there the other day. My boyfriend and I each had a pannini. We both loved our meal. Although I have not tried anything else, I would highly recommend the pannini's. I will definitely be going back for more. Thumbs up on ZuZu's Cafe!
