I can honestly say that they are by far the worst, when it comes to prices.
Living in a two bedroom apartment and finding a $300.00 bill for heat and electricity, without any explanation on why the bill was continually that high drove me out of Wakefield.
The biggest blemish on Wakefield is W.M.G.L.D.
