This wonderland of frozen treats is locally owned and operated and has a rotating cast of flavors.  A favorite with local kids after school, expect a wall of hulking SUVs idling out front, chauffeur parent at the wheel, giddy children standing on their tiptoes in line.  These guys have cranked out dip cones, soft serve and homemade scoops since '76, and have a freezer full of handcrafted ice cream sandwiches.  There are a few tables inside this brightly painted cathedral to frozen cream and sugar, but most of the business skips out the door, cone in hand.
