This is where I go to get a good cup of hot coffee, outside my home. It is robust enough without being bitter and the iced coffee is fantastic. The iced is strong enough, that it does not get watered down if the ice melts. And it is mostly coffee, not all ice like many other places serve it. And the price cannot be beat!
