Kumon Math and Reading Center is a national chain of after-school learning facilities for preschool, kindergarten, elementary and secondary school-age children where students can come to enrich their math and reading skills. Different than a tutoring facility, at Kumon, self-learning is conducted at the child's own pace. Programs can be individually tailored for advanced students as well as students who need extra help. The Wakefield branch is located in the Greenwood Plaza on Main Street.
