Sensei Louie's "Forever 49 Fit for Life" Program is fabulous...and very reasonably priced. Louie's patience, kindness and wealth of knowledge--as well as his wonderful sense of humor--are what keep me coming to class day-after-day. But the true testament to the greatness of the program is the fact that several of his participants have been attending for many years !!!
