Kids' New Year's Party Tuesday Morning At Library

Today is Monday, December 30. Here are five things worth knowing today.

The Beebe Library is having a New Year’s party for kids aged 6 to 10 on Tuesday morning at 10:30 a.m. Bring the kids by for games, including Dance Dance Revolution, crafts, and more. 

Local nonprofit group BKP is seeking donated children’s books to send to libraries damaged by Typhoon Haiyan in the Philippines. If you have any books you can donate, they will be at Centre Congregational Church at 5 Summer Street in Lynnfield on Saturday, January 11 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. For more information, click here.
