Looking ahead to Saturday, October 26 at 10 a.m., Officer Meaghan Leary of the Wakefield Police Department will give a talk for kids aged 4 and up on staying safe during the Halloween season.
The Wakefield Parent Partnership reports that it has arranged for Dr. Tina Payne Bryson, co-author of the book “The Whole Brain Child,” to speak and sign books at Galvin Middle School at 7 p.m. Tickets are $10 in advance or $12 at the door. There’s a flu clinic Wednesday, October 23 at Galvin Middle School from 7 to 8 p.m. Vaccine is $10 for those without one of the accepted insurances. For more information call 781-979-4127.
