Event Spotlight: Story Times at Library Throughout November

The Beebe Library is hosting a special reading group for babies ages 12-35 months to help build early literacy skills throughout November.

[Editor's note: The information below is from the Lucius Beebe Memorial Library]

Called Mother Goose on th Loose Walkers and Talkers - this special event is for children ages 12-35 months in order to help build their early literacy skills. Children will learn songs, play musical instruments, play movement games, learn nursery rhymes and finger plays, and listen to simple stories.

Parents or caregivers must accompany children during the program. Please plan to stay with your child during Story Time, as the adult-child interactions are an important component of the experience.
