TELL US: Why is Beverly Better Than Salem?

Salem told us why they were better last year. Now it's Beverly's turn for a rebuttal.

Here at Beverly Patch, we're firm believers that the Garden City has it all over our southern neighbors in Salem.

But last year, before Beverly Patch was around, Salemites gathered before the big Thanksgiving football game to tell us why they are better.

Now, it's time for our rebuttal.

We want to hear from you. Tell us why you think Beverly is better than Salem in the comments.

Remember, this is just for fun--keep it clean! If you need a refresher, check out Patch's terms of use.

Drive through the Point in Salem, then Centerville/Prides Crossing/Beverly Farms and realize that Beverly does not have a slum and Salem has no real upscale area other than a small stretch of Chestnut Street. Salem is turning into a welfare city. No contest

There is soooo much Drama in Salem among the people, and they have an "ethic" deficit, from my experience. Beverly is much more "authentic" and the people really are concerned and willing to go the extra mile in time of need! Much more calm and not in competition with neighbors!

What do neighborhoods and ethnic backgrounds have to do with football? The better team wins, and this year it should be Beverly!] \

Beverly is better than Salem because no matter where I am Beverly will always be home !
