Jacki's Dance is a one-hour fitness class designed for the dancer and non-dancer alike! Each class incorporates a little of everything a body needs for physical fitness, such as a warmup, stretching, floorwork including pushups and abdominals/core work, muscle strengthening/toning with weights, cardio routines, and cooldown. Most of all, it will make you smile, laugh and sing! And you will have FUN! All ages and levels of ability welcome!

Several classes to choose from: Monday nights at 6 p.m and 7:15 p.m., Tuesday morning at 9:00 a.m., and Thursday mornings at 9:00 a.m. and Thursday nights at 6:30 p.m.
