Exercise with Karen at the Senior Center

This class is structured for people looking for a gently form of exercise. The majority of movements are performed from a chair incorporating light weights and resistance bands. The variety of exercises are a good mix and can help with balance, arthritis, general strength and cardio. Many seniors that have taken the classes have commented how this program has helped them in their everyday life. We are a friendly group; many friendships have been made from participating in these classes. Come on and give it a try!

Classes are held at 10:30AM on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
