No School Thursday In Wakefield
Storm could dump a foot of snow and bring harsh winds and chill to region.
The Wakefield School District has announced no school for Thursday in light of the storm forecast. "We are continuing to monitor the forecast for Friday and will communicate any additional closures as needed," added an announcement on the district website.
National Weather Service forecasts call for about 8 to 12 inches of snow on the North Shore. Along with snow, Friday temperatures are expected to be in the teens with a bad wind chill.
