June Condo Sales Skyrocket Compared to 2012
June Condo sales in Wakefield jumped 100 percent compared to condo sales in June of 2012.
The Warren Group recently released their June home sales numbers for the towns and counties in Massachusetts and Wakefield saw a jump in condo sales in June of this year.
Wakefield condo sales in June of this year compared to condo sales of June 2012 skyrocketed while condo sales year-to-date compared to last year have decreased.
Last month, Wakefield saw 12 condos sold, which is a 100 percent increase from the condos sales in June of 2012, which was 6.
Since the beginning of 2013, 29 condos have been sold in Wakefield, which is a 9 percent drop compared to the first six months in 2012, in which 32 homes were sold.
The median sale price for June of 2013 was up slightly, 1 percent, from the median price in June of last year, going from $240,750 to $243,250.
