State Representative Donald H. Wong recently presented a citation from the Massachusetts House of Representatives to Judy Luciano, Director of the Wakefield Council on Aging, in recognition of the 10th anniversary of the John J. McCarthy Sr. Senior Center. The center recently marked the anniversary at the facility which is located in the former Warren School.
