Town election is April 23rd. Here's some information about where things stand so far.

Here is the latest information for the April 23 town election, as provided by Town Clerk Mary Galvin:

Shaun S. Margerison, 171 Salem St., pulled papers for a 3 year term on the Board of Selectmen 

Ann McGonigle Santos, 39 Converse St., pulled papers for a 3 year term on the Board of Selectmen

John J. McCarthy, Jr., 11 Morningside Rd., pulled papers for a 3 year term as Town Treasurer as an incumbent.

Richard O. Bayrd, 28 Yale Ave. #1, pulled papers for a 3 year term as a Constable and as an incumbent

January 3, 2013

Jonathan E. Kaufman, 24 Park Ave., pulled papers for a 5 year term on the Planning Board

January 4, 2013

Gerard S. Alterio, Jr. 18 Gould St. #2  pulled papers as an incumbent for a 3 year term as Constable.

Elaine M. Silva, 1 Furness Cir. pulled papers as an incumbent for a 3 year term as a member of the Board of Health.

Other Information:

Wednesday, March 20, 2013 is the Candidates' last DAY and HOUR to submit nomination papers for certification at the Town Clerk’s Office at town hall from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Friday,  March 22, 2013 – Last day to object to, or withdraw nomination papers

Town Clerk’s Office – 8:00 a.m. to 12:30  p.m.

VOTER  REGISTRATION  DEADLINE

Wednesday, April 3, 2013 Town Clerk’s Office, Town Hall, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Final day to register to be eligible to vote in the Annual Town Election and Annual Town Meeting
