Would-Be Thief Damages Parked Car

responded to these and other calls for service on Monday, August 13.
At 9:12 a.m., a caller reported that a man on Lakeside Ave. was urinating in plain view to the public. An area search was negative.
At 2:14 p.m., a citizen came in to report a past vehicle break-in.
At 2:55 p.m., an individual turned in a key found on Jordan Ave.
At 4:06 p.m., a woman reported a case of identity theft.
At 5:10 p.m., a man reported a past hit and run where his vehicle was struck while parked in a lot on Main Street.
At  6:21 p.m., a woman was transported to the hospital having a panic attack.
At 7:05 p.m., a caller reported that somebody had damaged a vehicle parked for a week on Beacon Street while attempting to steal it.
At 7:29 p.m., police took a harassment report involving a present girlfriend and a former girlfriend.
At 9:27 p.m., police sent a large group of youths on their way from the lower common area.
