Woman Locked Out With Baby Inside

Wakefield Police responded to these and other calls for service on Monday, December 16, 2013.
At 7:50 a.m. the fire department responded to a water problem at a home on Bennett Street.
At 8:19 a.m. public safety personnel responded to Route 128 North/Exit 42 for an accident.
At 8:38 a.m. a minor accident was reported near Pleasure Island Road.
At 10:54 a.m. a minor accident was reported on Main Street.
At 11:12 a.m. police were informed that a woman was locked out of a home on Richardson Ave. with a baby inside. The matter was resolved.
At 11:20 a.m. an accident was reported near Audubon Road and Teal Road.
At 12:04 p.m. an accident was reported on Converse Street.
At 1:50 p.m. an individual was reportedly throwing snow into the street near Vernon Street and Water Street despite having previously been instructed not to. He agreed to stop.
At 1:55 p.m. a woman reported finding a loose dog in the street near Prospect Street and Emerson Street. Animal Control was notified.
At 2:11 p.m. police took a call about an individual from a tree company on Jessica Lane going door to door soliciting for work.
At 3:40 p.m. a caller on Smith Street reported another male had just struck his vehicle with his fist and wanted to fight. The individuals were gone on arrival.
At 4:35 p.m. a woman on Old Colony Road reported that her neighbor threatened to kill her. The matter reportedly occurred during an argument and was resolved.
At 8:04 p.m. police responded to a report of a disturbance on Main Street. They arrested Robert Busch, 32, 1000 Main Street, Wakefield, and charged him with assault and battery – domestic, possession of marijuana, manufacturing a Class D drug (marijuana), a drug violation near a school/park, possession of an unlicensed large capacity shotgun in a home, and possession of ammunition/mace/pepper spray.
At 10:34 p.m. a caller reported two people in a vehicle on Collins Road appared to be passing a cigarette back and forth. They checked out OK.
At 10:39 p.m. police were informed that a man in a Main Street business was intentionally cutting himself with a razor. He was voluntary transported to a nearby hospital.
