Vehicle Break-Ins, and House Hit With a McDonald's Apple Pie

Wakefield Police responded to these and other calls for service on Monday, August 26, 2013. 

At 7:31 a.m. a caller on Harts Hill Road reported her vehicle was broken into and some items, including fishing gear, were stolen.
At 7:59 a.m. police took a report of a past larceny from a garage.
At 10:04 a.m. police took a report of an attempted online scam.
At 11:54 a.m. a caller on Harts Hill Road reported her vehicle was broken into overnight, although nothing was apparently missing.
At 12:20 p.m. an erratic operator was reported near Salem Street and Montrose Ave.
At 2:26 p.m. a caller on Eaton Street reported that somebody threw a McDonald’s apple pie at his house and wrote obscenities on his door. However, he also suspected that it was intended for the second floor tenant.
At 3:34 p.m. a caller reported receiving harassing phone calls.
