Three Arrests Over The Weekend

Wakefield Police responded to these and other calls for service between Friday, November 29 and Sunday, December 1, 2013.
At 9:11 a.m. an Audubon Road resident reported a dispute with a neighbor. The issue turned out to be a civil matter.
At 12:06 p.m. police were informed that a car was struck while parked in the Brother’s parking lot on Main Street.
At 12:46 p.m. a case of credit card fraud was reported.
At 1:31 p.m. a caller reported their vehicle was struck on Main Street and the driver was attempting to leave.
At 1:47 p.m. an accident was reported near Main Street and Oak Street.
At 3:33 p.m. an erratic operator was reported near Farm Street.
At 3:38 p.m. a break-in was reported on Valley Street.
At 7:01 p.m. a woman reported being assaulted by a neighbor on Columbia Road. Police issued a summons to a 47 year old Wakefield woman charging her with assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
At 10:06 p.m. police issued a summons to a 21 year old Melrose man charging him with allowing a vehicle to be operated with a suspended/revoked registration.

On Saturday, November 30 at 12:22 a.m. a vehicle with loud exhaust was reported driving around near Water Street.
At 12:45 a.m. police checked on a verbal argument on Wakefield Ave.
At 4:18 p.m. police arrested Michael J. Foster, 35, 4 Wakefield Ave., and charged him with assault to murder and with assault and battery – domestic.
At 4:43 p.m. the fire department responded to Greenwood Street for a report of sparks coming from a chimney.
At 5:50 p.m. a suspicious vehicle was reported near Indian Hill Road. The driver was waiting for roadside assistance.
At 9:46 p.m. police took a harassment report.

On Sunday, December 1 at 2:12 a.m. a caller reported an individual walking in the breakdown lane of Route 128.
At 12:19 p.m. a stolen license plate was reported on North Ave.
At 3:08 p.m. police were informed that a black Nissan pickup truck left the scene of an accident.
At 3:11 p.m. police took a report involving a stolen credit card.
At 5:31 p.m. an individual reported that somebody the previous night was shining a flashlight into windows on a home on Old Nahant Road.
At 6:11 p.m. a previous break-in was reported.
At 11:51 p.m. police arrested Alyssa White, 22, 18 Highland Street, Wakefield and charged her with assault and battery –domestic.
