Police Searching for Missing 15-Year-Old Girl

Wakefield Police said the girl has been missing since April 9th.

Wakefield Police are searching for a 15-year-old girl who was first reported missing from the Department of Children and Families group home on Lafayette Street on April 9th.

The girl, Angella McArdle, is described as a white female, 5'3" tall, 115 lbs, blonde hair and brown eyes.

Police said McArdle is originally from Boston, and may be in the Boston area. She has run away from the Lafayette Street group home several times in the past.

She was last seen by her mother in the Boston area.

"Her mother reported that Angella recently visted her in Boston and was in good health," said Wakefield Lieutenant Craig Calabrese.
