Police Arrest One For OUI

Wakefield Police responded to these and other calls for service on Tuesday, Nov. 13, 2012.
At 7:37 a.m., a woman walked in to report that she was involved in a hit and run accident in front of the high school.
At 11:48 a.m., the state police informed Wakefield of an individual walking on the 128 South ramp. He was gone on arrival.
At 2:33 p.m., police took a report of an attempted email scam.
At 4:04 p.m., police took a report of a theft at a job site on Hopkins Street.
At 5:44 p.m., a woman walked in and reported a hit and run accident at New Salem Street and Vernon Street.
At 7:15 p.m., police took a call about a red pick up truck driving erratically near Water Street. It was not found.
At 1:56 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 14, police arrested Timothy Meuse, 23, 99 Gould Street, Wakefield, for OUI Liquor.
