Parking Lot Fight Reportedly Caused By Road Rage Incident

Wakefield Police responded to these and other calls for service on Monday, July 29, 2013.

At 8:33 a.m. an accident was reported near North Ave. and Quannapowitt Parkway.
At 9:16 a.m. a woman reported a fight in a parking lot on Lowell Street. It turned out to be a road rage incident. The parties declined to pursue charges and were sent on their way.
At 10:43 a.m. some ladders were reported stolen on Pleasant Street.
At 11:57 a.m. a car was reported keyed on Nelly Street.
At 2:48 p.m. a caller reported that two males and a female were arguing about drugs on Hopkins Street.
At 2:50 p.m. a hit and run accident with no injuries was reported on North Ave.
At 5 p.m. police took a call about a loose pit bull on Otis Street. The matter was resolved.
At 5:58 p.m. police took a call about an 11 year old acting out because he could not play video games.
At 7:52 p.m. a theft was reported on Albion Street.
At 8:06 p.m. an email harassment matter was reported.
At 8:24 p.m. a caller reported a speeding blue Jeer Cherokee on Harrison Ave.
At 10:42 p.m. a suspicious vehicle with two occupants was reported on Meriam Street. They turned out to be nearby residents.
