Man Reports Threats, Plus One Summons And One Arrest

Wakefield Police responded to these and other calls for service on Monday, January 20, 2014.
At 10:45 a.m. an individual walked in to report being threatened via a third party. The matter was resolved.
At 4:17 p.m. a suspicious man was reported on the railroad tracks near Fosters Lane.
At 5:16 p.m. police and fire personnel were informed that a women fell twice while in the checkout line at Shaw’s. She was transported to a nearby hospital.
At 5:48 p.m. a woman reported that a fellow resident at her address had stolen some items. The matter was resolved.
At 9:56 p.m. police issued a summons to a 30 year old Wakefield man charging him with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operating at a speed greater than reasonable and proper.
At 12:54 a.m. police were informed of a restraining order violation. They arrested David J. Spadafora, 20, 9 Greenwood Street, Wakefield, and charged him with violation of a 209A abuse prevention order – retaliatory.
