Lynn Man Summonsed after Fight Reported

Wakefield Police responded to these and other calls for service on Tuesday, February 5th, 2013.
At 1:45 p.m. police took a report from an individual about death threats.
At 4:32 p.m. police unsuccessfully attempted to locate a fugitive on Catalpa Street.
At 5:13 p.m. a parking complaint came in from Franklin Street.
At 5:58 p.m. a caller reported a suspicious woman ringing doorbells on Albion Street. An officer spoke with the individuals, who agreed to stop for the night.
At 6:39 p.m. police took a report involving a theft from a motor vehicle.
At 10:21 p.m. a caller reported a white Mustang speeding on Spring Street. It was gone on arrival.
At 11:20 p.m. a man on Vale Road was reportedly sitting in his pickup truck playing loud music. All was quiet on arrival.
At 12:28 a.m.  on Wednesday, February 6th, police responded to Richardson Ave. for a report of a fight. They issued a summons to a 56 year old Lynn man for assault and battery and malicious destruction of property less than $250.
