The Wakefield Fire Department responded to a fire in a gas grill at a Kendrick Road home on Sunday evening. Firefighters responded to 110 Kendrick Rd. at 5:11 p.m. for a call that a fire had started in a gas grill in the backyard of the home. The fire was put out by the homeowners before the Fire Department arrived.
