Expensive Necklace Reported Lost Near Albion Street

Wakefield Police responded to these and other calls for service on Monday, January 6, 2014.
At 10:38 a.m. police responded to Richardson Ave. for a report of a dispute over an item.
At 11 a.m. the DPW was notified of flooding near North Ave. and Prospect Street.
At 2:38 p.m. a diamond necklace with pendant valued at around $3,000 was reported lost near Main Street and Albion Street.
At 5:07 p.m. a woman was reported asleep at the wheel near Walter Ave. and Newell Road. Police placed a 32 year old Reading woman into protective custody.
At 10:44 p.m. police and fire personnel were called to Hopkins Street for a reported fight between two males. Neither wished to press charges against the other.
At 10:57 p.m. a noise complaint was received from Main Street.
