Caller Complains About Bank Fees To Police

Wakefield Police responded to these and other calls for service on Thursday, Oct. 11.
At 8:01 a.m., a vehicle reportedly collided with a pole at Vernon Street and White Circle.
At 11:05 a.m., a minor accident occurred on Lakeside Ave.
At 11:47 a.m., a woman fell and struck her head at the library and was treated at the scene.
At 12:52 p.m., police were informed that the individual involved in the car into pole accident that occurred at 8:01 a.m. was walking around the scene and appeared to be disoriented. He turned out to be looking for an item that was dropped earlier.
At 2:38 p.m., a man on Sweetser Street reported being bitten by a dog. Animal Control was notified.
At 3:54 p.m., a minor accident occurred at Main Street and Crescent Street. Two vehicles were towed from the scene.
At 4:23 p.m., a caller provided a report to police that initially appeared to involve the theft of a credit card. However, police soon learned that the caller was actually calling to complain about their bank charging fees for certain banking services. The caller was advised to work out the matter with the bank.
At 7:03 p.m., a woman came into the police station to report receiving death threats.
At 7:05 p.m., police issued a summons to a 26 year old Woburn man for an uninsured motor vehicle, unregistered motor vehicle, and speeding.
At 11:52 p.m., a woman on Bartley Street reported a loud bang at the door. Officers found all to be in order.
