Party reported a fight between two parties (male and female) and that the female kicked a glass window at 4:08 PM on Friday. Officer placed one juvenile under arrest for malicious destruction over $250.
At 11:48 PM on Friday, John Richard Jr. Spector, 21, of 39 Chestnut St. Wakefield MA was arrested and charged with open container of alcohol violation.
At 1:47 PM on Friday, after a motor vehicle accident at location on Oak St. and Main St. Andrew J. Martineau, 31 of 5 Harvard Ave. Wilmington, MA was arrested and charged with larceny of a motor vehicle, larceny under $250, subsequent offense drug possession of a class A substance, subsequent offense drug possession of a class B substance, and using a False name/SSN (Arrestee furnish).

Charles B. Hayes. 27, of 56 Hawthorne St. Malden, MA was also arrested and charged with larceny of a motor vehicle, receiving stolen property under $250 (license plate) and possession of a class A drug (heroin).
Friday at 3:52 PM, Peter Funchion, 59, of 7 Nichols Dr. Peabody, MA was arrested and placed in protective custody after a report that he was intoxicated walking down Vernon St. towards Water St.
