A Down Jogger, and Youths Throwing Snowballs at the Mailman

Wakefield Police responded to these and other calls for service on Monday, January 7th, 2013.
At 10:33 a.m., police took a report of online credit card fraud.
At 12:59 p.m. police issued a summons to a 44 year old Wakefield man for operating with a revoked/suspended license and a red light/stop sign violation.
At 2:30 p.m., police issued a summons to a 23 year old Wakefield man for operating with a revoked/suspended license and operating an unregistered vehicle.
At 2:32 p.m., a letter carrier on Bartley Street reported that some youths were throwing snowballs at him.
At 2:38 p.m., a minor accident was reported on Hemlock Road.
At 2:52 p.m., a caller expressed concern for the safety of several teens skating on North Ave. An officer advised them to stay near the shore and to take the proper precautions.
At 4:59 p.m., a caller reported that a jogger was down and clutching his ankle near Water Street and Farm Steet. Action ambulance transported him to a local hospital.
At 6:10 p.m., police took a walk-in credit card fraud report.
At 9:40 p.m. an accident was reported on Vernon Street.
