Now that the July 4th weekend is upon us, by now many of us are pretty well decided on what, if any, travel plans we have for the rest of the summer.
Many of us will find time to head to classic New England destinations like the White Mountains and Cape Cod. We'll stop in to those favorite New Hampshire tourist attractions and maybe get around to getting some new destination off the list, like Bar Harbor or the Green Mountains. Other folks are traveling overseas to visit family members, participate in service projects, or simply enjoy a big trip they've been waiting months for.
Personally, road trips are my own longtime favorite. This summer, my wife and I have travel plans that include a drive north of Quebec City to camp in "Hautes Gorges de la Riviere Malbaie" national park, some kayaking in the whale watching town of Tadoussac, and some time in the city itself. A photo or two will probably wind up on this website.
