Pilates Mat Class
A small ( 5 max participants) reservation only exercise class for women who would like a workout that addresses their individual needs and concerns. Pilates instructor Constance Lafond takes you step by step at your own pace. Many of the women who benefit from her classes have had surgeries, injuries, & physical limitations that have made exercise a challenge for them. Some of their comments-
