Meet Officer Meaghan Leary from the Wakefield Police Department. Officer Leary will teach kids how to stay safe this Halloween season. She will review techniques for children to keep themselves safe while traveling in the dark, review candy handling practices, and how to keep track of their adults or buddies during this fun, thrilling night.
Officer Leary will distribute non-food treats.
