During Laugh Club we laugh for no reason, nothing is funny. We combine simple exercises with yoga breathing to encourage laughter and playfulness. Laughter exercises almost always lead to real laughter especially when practiced in a group. Laughter is contagious. Come join us and experience the physical and emotional benefits of Laughter Yoga.
We meet the 1st and 3rd Sunday each month from Sept to June.
No membership, dues or attendance required.
