U.S.A.F. Band of Liberty Holiday Concert

The Scouts of Wakefield (Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts and Cub Scouts) will host the 8th Annual United States Air Force Liberty Jazz Band Holiday Concert on Friday, December 7th at the Galvin Middle School auditorium at 7:00 p.m.  This wonderful show is free for all but a ticket should be obtained to avoid overcrowding in the auditorium.  This will be the Band's last performance as they will be deactivated on 7/1/13.  If you have never seen the show, it is similar to having the Boston Pops Holiday show, except you can't beat the price (free tickets) and you are home 10 minutes after the show is finished.

Tickets are on a first come, first serve basis with no guaranteed seats and all tickets holders should be seated at 6:45.  After 6:45, we will open the remaining seats to non-ticket holders.  Tickets are available by printing the coupon from the attached ad and following the instructions.  There are also posters placed around town with the coupons so you can take one from there.  Also, the ad will be shown in the Daily Item as well.  Please be sure to enclose a self-addressed envelope with the coupon so the tickets make it back to you in time for the show.

The Scouts have proudly sponsored this event for 7 out of the past 8 years.  We appreciate everything the town does for the Scouts and we want to give something back in return. We hope everyone is able to make it and enjoy a wonderful night of holiday music.
