Join us for our annual Turkey Day Bootcamp! We are running 2 classes: 8-9am and 9-10am. We base the workout on interval training that will leave you burning a ton of calories during AND after the workout - perfect for a day like Thanksgiving! The workout is challenging, but exercise modifications are given for all abilities. Walk-ins are welcome. We are an all women personal training studio, and we would love to share it with you!
