Bringing You Together Disabled children/adults and parents carers , service providers information event

This event is to bring together disabled children/adults parents
carers and service provider information so everyone will be up to date on all
services available new legislation and the rights of disable children/adults
and

We have lots of stands such as

  • The
    event will start at 10am -2pm lunch is provide free of charge

    There is face painting and drawing competition for the children and two workshops understanding the families cat 2014 and knowing your rights as a disabled person or carer



     



    We
    will be providing two workshops the first at 11am Introduction to The Children
    and families act 2014 and the second at 1pm Introduction to Carers and disabled
    person rights .



     



    Please
    see attached the poster informing you of the services attending , it will be a
    great opportunity to access information on services available and to catch up
    on new legislation and the rights of disabled children/adults and their
    families



     



    OBJECTIVES

    Sharing what
    services are available to disabled children/adults and parents/carers to
    improve better health outcomes

    and guidance around the childrens and families act 2014

    for young people takes into consideration the whole family

    create better outcomes for disabled children/adults , parents/carers and their
    families

    help (effective signposting)
