Mass. In Motion: Runners and other fitness enthusiasts may want to take note of this event – On Sunday, Nov. 11, Jeff Barriss of 0600 Conditioning in Melrose leads a free trail running series through trails in the Fells. For more information, check out the website of Mass. In Motion, which helps promote physical fitness and healthier, active lifestyles in Wakefield and Melrose.

John Halligan Presentation: On Wednesday, Nov. 7, John Halligan brings his presentation “Bullying, Cyber Bullying and Youth Depression” to the Galvin Middle School Auditorium at 7 p.m. For more about Halligan, you can read about his visit to Lynnfield in the spring of 2011.
