Jeneva and Marta are a Perfect Match for You

Jeneva and Marta are a Perfect Match for You

Jeneva and Marta are a Perfect Match for You

My name is Jeneva, meaning "white wave," which seems appropriate considering my beautiful white coat, green eyes, and exotic features.  From the looks of things, I must have some Siamese in my family tree.  And, my tendency to talk while I'm walking around my foster home could be another hint, although my voice is as sweet and soft as I am.  Yes, I am a very friendly cat who will nuzzle against you and can’t get enough petting.  I am also very maternal.  Anyone I love will be the object of my watchful care.

I came to my foster home as a single kitten, rescued while I was trying to cross a busy street.  I know that was silly and I won’t ever do it again.  I don’t even ever plan on going outside again.  But you know, what, I am also a bit of a rescuer myself.  At my foster family’s house I made friends with a little kitten named Marta.  Ok, I am a kitten, too, but I am a bigger girl at nine months old.  Little Marta was not a day over seven weeks when I met her, the little pumpkin.  And a curious little thing she was.  Can you imagine that she got herself into a predicament by sneaking into a tiny hole under a counter and crawling her way up to the ceiling in our foster home?  Boy did that worry me! I paced the house while my foster parents tried to locate her and find safe way to get her out of the ceiling.  As soon as they got her out, I took over and groomed away all the dirt and dust on her fur.

Marta and I are now so bonded that I really can't imagine living without her.  You won’t be able to imagine it either when you meet her.   She is an adorable little imp.  When you see her you won’t believe how cute she is with her tiger-tortie-calico (aka “torbie”) coat and four double paws that she does not quite yet fit.  Her extra toes are very useful for her when we chase catnip mice and wrestle with stuffed toys.  Sometimes she reaches up and pinches my cheeks with those big feet.  You can see this in our video. I let her do anything she wants to me because I just adore her.  My favorite is when we are all tired out and cuddle up together to sleep.  Want to join us for a nap?  I am certain that you would fit right in with us.

Marta and I are sweet, friendly cats with a special bond and lots of extra love to share with you.  We insist on being adopted together, but we are happy to join your family.  We would be fine with polite dogs and other friendly cats.  If you currently have no pets, that is fine too because we will have each other while you are out of the house.  When you get back, however, we will be waiting for you.  So…..what are you waiting for?  Call PAWS now and say you want to meet us.  We are waiting for you.
